VINTAGE Musical Teapot Tea for Two Floral Gold Trim Working Wind Up Music Box Grandma Core Made in Japan
$45.00
Flowers, gold trim, and a little tune when you lift the pot—this is about as grandma-core as it gets! Some pieces bring a little extra sweetness to a room, and this musical teapot certainly does.
Colorful flowers decorate the white glazed ceramic body, with gold accents on the curved handle, spout, lid, and scalloped base.
The wind-up music box works and plays “Tea for Two.” A small pin underneath stops the music when the pot rests on the table; lift it, and the music begins.
Approximately 6" tall with the lid and 8" from spout to handle.
Excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks and no excessive wear. Marked JAPAN underneath; the maker and exact production date are unknown.
A lovely addition to a teapot collection, a cottage kitchen, or that little corner where you keep things simply because they make you smile.
