Designed for Corning's original "counter that cooks" flattop burner system, this vintage SK-10 Cookmates roaster features a precision-ground, perfectly flat base for excellent heat contact. It performs beautifully on modern smooth-top stoves — including ceramic and glass cooktops — and transitions seamlessly from stovetop to oven.

⚠️ Note: This dish is not compatible with induction cooktops, as it does not contain magnetic metal.
✨ The included domed glass lid is ideal for braising, roasting, and baking — allowing extra room for taller dishes or whole poultry.
