π VINTAGE Sears Deluxe Blender β 1960s Heavy-Duty Workhorse
They just donβt make them like this anymore! This Sears Deluxe blender is the exact model my own mom used throughout my childhood β whipping up milkshakes, malts, and the occasional sneaky daiquiri. She bought it sometime before I was born in 1963, and by the time I donated it to a charity shop in 2002, it was still going strong. I couldnβt resist restoring this one β same model, same soul, just waiting for a new home.
β¨ Features:
8 speeds with toggle switch marked ON/OFF
Classic 1960s design with chrome base and black accents
Original heavy fluted glass jar
Solid metal blade retaining ring (not plastic!)
New silicone sealing ring installed β more durable than the original rubber
Modern replacement selector knob β not original, but functional and clean-looking
All-metal motor housing and internal gears β no plastic internals here; this thing weighs a ton and was built to last (But don't worry- Auntie Nen has shipping covered!)
Cleaned, tested, and ready to use
π Likely manufactured in the USA for Sears by either Sunbeam or Oster β two industry leaders so closely aligned that they eventually merged! This unit shares the sturdy design DNA of both brands and delivers the same kind of reliability.
π Measures approx. 15" tall assembled.
π§ Condition Notes:
Excellent vintage condition with only light signs of age. Base has been cleaned and polished. Internal parts and wiring inspected. Toggle and speed switch work smoothly. The replacement knob fits snugly, and the blender operates beautifully.
π« Note: This is a vintage electrical item. Please use caution and consider modern safety standards when using.
π¦ Ships free within the US!
