🌸 Summer Blush was one of the final CorningWare patterns before the line’s original run ended, produced for only a couple of years in the late 1990s. It used silk-screen-inspired printing to create a vivid trio of pansies with more depth and shading than most Corning designs — arguably one of their most realistic floral depictions.
🍲 This is the 1.5 liter A-1.5-B saucepan style, complete with its original Pyrex lid. (Whatever happened to America’s metric enthusiasm?)

When first introduced, Corning Ware designed these pieces for “range-to-table” use and sold them with detachable handles, marketing them as saucepans. While many found Corning Ware less than ideal for stovetop sautéing or saucing, it proved perfect for oven, microwave, and fridge-to-table cooking. Today, most collectors and home cooks use and refer to them as casserole dishes, but this piece includes its original handle for true stovetop-style versatility.
