MCM Libbey Silver Leaf Footed Goblets with Silver Trim. Set of 4.

Several households in my family had Libbey glassware in the Silver Leaf pattern, usually reserved as barware for special occasions. These footed goblets are shorter than the water glasses in the pattern at 5-1/2", making the a perfect all-purpose size and shape for water, iced beverages, cocktails, or wine. When I first came across these I assumed they were all the same, but as I photographed them I realized there were clearly 4 with a silver rim at the top and 4 that seemed identical, but actually lacked the trim. With a littler research I learned that Libbey made these glasses in 2 styles: "with trim" and "no trim." I guess that thin silver trim was just a little too showy for some? Each stands 5-1/2" tall and is almost 3" across at the rim. They would be SO beautiful on Holiday table with a Cranberry Cocktail in them! Sold as a set of 4, with trim.
