MCM Kromex Sugar Canister w/ Lid

Kromex canisters were as common in the 1950's as bobby socks and poodle skirts! Made by Alcoa, these canisters were made of molded and spun aluminum with bakelite lids, and came in different shapes and designs. My Momma's had straight sides and weren't a sexy as this curvaceous beauty! It's 8" tall with the lid on, and 5-1/2" across at the opening- the sides bulge out a bit more at the shoulder. It's in great condition with no significant dents, and is cleaned, polished, and ready to hold 5 pounds of your finest sugar! Shipping included in the continental US!
