VINTAGE Louisiana Water Meter Plaque w/clock.

This cute plaque was given to my brother Arthur for his volunteer service to the BOD for the Lake Charles Water Company. It features a replica Neptune Water Meter with a hinged cover, just like the real thing, except the wheels and dials are replaced with a battery operated clock. And there's a brad marking the location of Lake Charles. The plaque is about 7.5" tall, measured from the Gulf of Mexico to the Arkansas border, and is about 8" across from Texas to Mississippi.
