MCM 1950's Flat Flower Dish- Jade
This 11"x5"X2" planter dish is typical of the containers used by FTD Florists in the days before plastic was so prevalent. Either from distant memory of perhaps family photos, I seem to remember this came with a block of floral foam that held candles and flowers coming out of the top, with greenery concealing the foam. It might have been part of McCoy's Floraline, but the only marking is the number 206 on the bottom, so I can't be sure. There is some crazing of the glaze in the bottom, but there are no chips are cracks anywhere.
